Our company ideals are based on long-term business and as such we highly value our reputation and credibility. We do business on the basis of ethical manners and good faith, and we ask the same from our customers. Our product prices are Free on Board (FOB) Bangkok, and therefore include all costs, except special packing or crating, on the Thai side. International freight charges, import duties, taxes and other charges associated with importation into the customer's country are for the customer's account.
Because most of our products are handcrafted and/or made from natural materials we can not guarantee the exactness as to their colors, dimensions, grain, patterns, shapes, sizes, surfaces, and texture, etc. The uniqueness of each product means that none is ever precisely identical. Therefore, we shall not be responsible for refund or exchange caused by the above mentioned characteristics.
Also, we shall not be responsible for damage or loss caused by external factors such as accidents or theft in transit, however incurred.
It is our company policy to insure all shipments against accidental damage or loss incurred in transit, if however, the customer intends to use their own insurer, please advise us at time of ordering.
The company will not be responsible under any circumstances for accidental damage or loss sustained in transit, unless it is proven that such damage or loss occurred as a result of failure on the company's part to sufficiently pack the goods for transport. Where products are damaged upon receipt, we require proof of damage or claim from the delivery company or other acceptable authority.
Any customers, completely dissatisfied with their purchases, are required to inform us within five days of receipts of products, and return the products including parts or accessories (if any) back to us within 10 days of same.
Customers must provide, with supporting documents, the reason(s) for return before shipping. We will issue Return Authorization (RA) number for any approved return. We will not accept any return without a RA number. The returned products must be in original condition. The missing parts (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount. The customer shall be responsible for shipping and handling charges for returned products.
We will deduct our shipping and handling charges from the refund amount and it will be paid right after we have received and checked the returned products.
Products that have been specially ordered and/or designed for a particular customer cannot be returned for a refund except at our discretion.
We accept replacements for the defects only caused by our producers or artisans.
We reserve the right to revise our product prices, terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
We guarantee absolutely that information provided to us will not be sold or exchanged with any other entity. We will use it exclusively to provide our visitors or customers with product updates or new developments.
